Cara pemasangan Air conditionerLangkah-langkah cara memasang Air conditioner Pemasangan Indoor AC

1. Tempelkan Bracket Indoor yang akan di pasang beri tanda pada bagian yang akan di lubangi

1. Gunakan water pas untuk mendapatkan posisi yang seimbang

1. Gunakan Bor dan pasang mata bor 6" setelah itu masukan baut fisher sebagai penguat bracket, pasang baut pada lubang yang terdapat di bracket indoor

1. Ukur jarak, mulai sisi indoor hingga ke pipa ac yang akan menuju indoor, sebagai acuan untuk membolongi tembok (bobok).

1. Jika sudah di dapati ukurannya, tandai dengan spidol bagian yang akan di lubangi/ di bobok

1. Luruskan pipa AC dengan perlahan-lahan (agar tidak patah)

1. Lubang sudah siap, sekarang tinggal memasang Indoor AC nya

Pemasangan Outdoor AC

1. Ukur tinggi outdoor dan ukur bagian bawah outdoor, antara sisi yang berlubang ,satu dengan yang lainnya, untuk mendapatkan posisi letak outdoor agar tidak terbentur atap rumah.......

1. Setelah itu lubangi tembok dengan bor 12" untuk tempat bracket outdoor.........

1. masukan dinabolt yang sudah kita siapkan dan kencangkan dengan kunci inggris.....

1. Sebelum outdoor di pasang pada bracketnya, pasang terlebih dahulu pipa pipa ac dan sambung dahulu dengan pipa indoor ac.....

1. Jika pipa sudah siap barulah outdoor di angkat dan di pasang.....

1. pasang baut-baut penyangga outdoor ke bracket dengan kunci pas, awas jangan sampai ada baut yang kendur "berbahaya".....

1. Outdoor ac kini sudah siap, tinggal langkah berikutnya yaitu penyambungan pipa pada nepel-nepel....

1. Sambung pipa ac dan kencangkan pada bagian unit indoor dan outdoor, pasang pipa yang kecil terlebih dahulu ke outdoor unit...

1. kemudian pasang pipa yang besar ke outdoor unit....

1. Buka ke dua penutup kran pada outdoor dengan kunci L....

1. setelah kran nepel terbuka, buang sisa udara yang terjebak di dalam pipa tsb....

1. tekan pada pentil pengisian freon beberapa kali hingga udara tsb keluar....

1. pasang instalasi kabel yang terhubung ke outdoor dan saluran pembuangan AC....

1. hidupkan AC dan test berapa tekanan freonnya....

1. Pasang Tang ampere meter pada salah satu kabel power unit AC....

1. Checking kondisi unit ac amper dan tekanan freonnya apakah sudah sesuai standart....
